Program Description
20 weeks Leadership, Career Development and Mentorship Program for youths.
This program mirrors our founder's vision of raising many young future leaders and is therefore ideal for young adults who need more directions on becoming effective leaders capable of influencing socio-economic and political change in our society

Annual intake or program start date, March

Wednesday and Thursday sessions at 5pm-7pm for 4 months (March - June)

Monday - Saturday at 8:30am - 3:30 pm for 1 month (July)
Program Prerequisite
-
Youths aged 18-35 years
-
All genders
-
Canadian Citizens, PR holders, Work Permit and Refugees
-
Student, unemployed or underemployed status
-
Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5+
-
Completion of the 12 week Youth Mentorship Program
-
High School education & or post-secondary education
-
Any work experience/ & no work experience
-
Previous leadership experience or leadership aspiration

This program is a prerequisite to enroll into the Youth Accelerator Program that mirrors our founder's vision of raising many young future leaders, and is therefore ideal for young adults who need more directions on becoming effective leaders capable of influencing socio-economic and political change in our society
